My first committee role at Hackerspace MMU was Secretary, from February to September 2023. My job was to record members’ IdeaTalks and ProgressTalks on Hacktrack MMU, the internal system Hackerspace uses to track members and their project progress.

Hacktrack stayed part of my time at Hackerspace. Member data used to live in both Hacktrack and a Google Sheet, and syncing them was fully manual. Years later I helped rebuild it into the Hackerspace Ecosystem, so new members are processed automatically and the committee works from one system. After serving as Secretary, I went on to become President.
