Observability stack with VictoriaMetrics
A learning project for a full observability pipeline. A Go app instrumented with OpenTelemetry sends metrics, logs and traces through the OpenTelemetry Collector into VictoriaMetrics, VictoriaLogs and VictoriaTraces, with Grafana on top. Logs are also archived to S3, provisioned with Terraform.

Show&Tell tracker for Malaysian AI
A tracker for the Malaysian AI weekly Show & Tell. It records members, meetups, projects and every talk, and highlights which projects are still moving and who has gone quiet. On the night, it runs the room with a QR code to join the presenting order and a projected timer for each talk.

Hackerspace Ecosystem
The rebuild of Hacktrack, the system Hackerspace MMU has used for 15 years to track members, projects and meetups. An API layer over the original Rails app, a Next.js committee dashboard, an automated registration pipeline and a Discord bot, all running at zero cost. This repo is the dashboard.

Kubernetes platform lab
A small Go web app that makes Kubernetes behaviour visible in the browser. It can fail its own health checks, burn CPU and memory on demand, and shows which pod and node answered. Around it is a platform layer with Envoy Gateway for ingress, cert-manager for TLS and Argo CD for GitOps.
